DapperCMS - Making your website work for you
We're very proud to be able to offer our customers the ability to edit their own websites with absolute ease using our bespoke content management system, DapperCMS.
Unlike many content management systems, DapperCMS does not affect the working of the site in any way. Your site is designed and built as normal and DapperCMS is simply plugged in afterwards. This way, the coding and performance aspects of your site remain unaffacted.
Many web design companies will offer a content management system such as Joomla, Mambo or Drupal. These content management systems are bulky, offer little or no search engine performance, bloat the code of your website and require an instruction manual to use. It also allows the web designer to build your website quickly and cheaply with a fraction of the effort by using bog-standard templates from the internet.
DapperCMS, however, allows us to design and code our websites in exactly the same way we always have - hand-crafted, hand-coded, and with care and attention. What's more, you need very, very little computer knowledge to operate DapperCMS. It's very simple and straightforward.

1. Log in
The login screen for DapperCMS is available wherever you are in the world, giving you the option to edit your website from any computer, anywhere.
It's simple and straightforward: A box for your username, and a box for your password. Don't worry - we'll supply you with these details when we set up your website.
Within seconds, you'll be transported to your DapperCMS control panel.
2. Choose the page you want to edit
Congratulations - you're logged into DapperCMS.
You'll now be shown a list of the pages on your website. There are no other confusing options to worry about - just a simple list of pages you can edit.
Simply click on the page you wish to edit and you'll be taken to the editing screen.
It really is that simple.
3. Make your changes
You're now on the edit page.
Here you'll see a text box with the content from the page on your website. It's easy to add, edit or remove text at the click of a button. You can even change the colour and style of the text and add links and images.
We've also included a handy list of links to other pages on your website - just in case you want to edit those too.
When you've finished, click 'Publish Page'. That's it - you've edited your website.
